I'm Interested in Developing my Property

Prima facie
This is the first stage where we as developer engage with Landowners on crucial subjects. From Landowners we get to know their intent of development and we as developer help them to understand practical implications and feasibility of that intent. Here in this stage through conversation both the parties will agree to a certain development strategy for the land in context.

Floor Plan Designing
After we verbally agree to a proposed plan, now we as developer will bring up floor plan for the proposed development. Through the floor plan both the Developer and the Landowners can understand usage of space, people movement, quality of construction and various other important aspects which will help both the parties to confirm whether to proceed with development or nullify it.

Development Agreement & Power
When we already agree on a proposed strategy, we now will register the proposed floor plan, and draft a development agreement and Development Power. We particularly focus our agreements to be to the point, easy to understand language and focused on the subjects matters to both the parties.

Construction Phase
After all the due diligence and legal formalities, we as Developer will start the construction work of the to be built property. During construction Landowner will be kept in loop through regular updates about constructional progress. Our sole focus during this phase remains on construction quality and commitment towards delivery date.

Delivery
After completion of Construction work, We will handover the possession of Landowner and Conduct Marketing for the property to fetch best price.
